The Purple Belt recognizes those who not only transform themselves but begin to inspire others. You’ve maintained your results and risen to the challenge of consistency and leadership.

Requirements to Earn Purple Belt:

✅ Lose 20% of starting body weight or reach Ideal Weight Range

✅ Maintain an ‘A’ average on Progress Reports for 3 consecutive months

✅ Journal at least 80% of the time

✅ Attend 12 live classes OR watch recordings (cumulative)

Minimum Time at Purple Belt: 18 months

Accelerator Option:

✅ Complete 80 PRAY or WOW Challenges

✅ Complete 80 Battle Buddy Sessions
