To get you started on the right foot, we offer a week-long class series called “Fast Track” led by Travis Martin. Your goal now is to maintain your weight loss success by continuing to apply all that you have learned and continue to set your mind on I AM Faithfully Fit as a forever lifestyle that is practical, sustainable, and fun.

 

Now that you are in maintenance:

  • You are allowed up to 12 holidays in a calendar month if you would like to use them.
  • Foods that are in the 0 to 3 range of the WLM - weight loss meter - will have less of a negative effect on your weight if still used within the proper guidelines.
  • Fruit can now be eaten by itself. You may have a serving of fruit by itself as a snack.
  • Now is a great time to incorporate weight-bearing exercises if you would like to tone your body.

To change the "mode" of your account to maintenance from weight loss:

  • Click on the red tab titled "Profile".
  • Click on the Profile tab under your profile.
  • Scroll until you see Faithfullyfit mode
  • Click the drop-down.
  • From the drop-down menu, choose "maintenance".
