I am asking for prayers for healing of my boyfriends back. He was injured on the job over two years ago and work comp will not authorize surgery of any other type of treatment. He is in constant pain and I pray that the Lord will heal his back completely and he will be able to get back to work soon!

My daughter and her husband were granted full custody of an 11 month old little boy, Walker, today. Please pray that when they file for adoption that all will go well and the baby will be theirs. Our whole family has fallen in love with him and I hope and pray God will use him in a mighty way. Thank you! Walkers Gran

Please remember my daughter today as she goes for her first job interview. I know it's not as important as many prayer requests but it's important to her. She needs this for her self esteem more than the minimum wage she will probably be making. God has his hands on her and I know a little prayer can make all the difference! Also she is a graduating Senior with Prom this Sat and more and more responsibilites upon her with college. Just pray that God will have his hands on her and lead and guide her with her decisions.

Update on my dad, he did have a heart attack. They were able to put a stent in. His blockage was in the artery that is called the widow maker, he was very lucky to be alive. I praise God for taking care of him. His EKG did not look all that bad and his initial cardiac enzymes were normal. He could have very easily have been sent home and not gotten the attention he needed in time. The doctor that did his cath said that he is very lucky to still be with us. He is doing very well now, just discomfort from the procedure. Thank you all for your prayers.

Please keep my grandpa, Gene, in your prayers. He had a mild stroke last week and finally got to come out of ICU Friday. They were getting ready to discharge him because he was doing so much better but in a lot of pin, so my grandmother requested an X-ray. He actually had fractured his hip and is going to undergo surgery tomorrow for a partial replacement. I'm worried about the additional risks because of this recent stroke. Please keep him and the doctors and nurses providing him care in your prayers.

Please say a prayer this Easter weekend for my friend and pastors mom Brenda Jones. A few weeks ago, one Sunday after church while taking a nap, she had a stroke. This woman is such a saint and has ministered to all those she's come in contact with in the hospital, rehab and now at the Brian House in Canton. It has been her prayer since this happened, to be able to come to Easter service at the new location for The Pointe Church (which we as a congregation prayed over for months and months) and to go to lunch at her home with her family. This would be the first outing for her since her stroke. She is getting stronger every day but still has little use of her left side. You can only imagine the emotions both hurt and joy of going though the doors of your home in a wheel chair for the first time. Please lift Brenda, husband William and the entire Jones family up to Almighty God for His immeasurable strength and blessings on such good and faithful folks. He is Risen! Praise Jesus!
