It's me again Kathy I want to ask you all to keep me in prayer. I haven't lost any weight thus far this week, I'm drinking my water 64 oz a day and I believe I'm eating correctly. I'm thinking I feel like I'm losing inch ways. I know I can do this and I will. I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthens Me. Thank you all.

Please pray for my friend's infant son, Gritty. He has RSV and is in the hospital. His nurse is advocating for ICU.

Hey everyone I want to thank everyone for the prayers pls continued to lift me up. I'm so thankful for my life changing on the way I'm eating. As of today I've lost 11 lbs. I've only been a member since around the first of April. Thank you all.

Please pray for me, my house got hit by lighting last night, had to call the fire department. Lots of damage to my house, but God spared my life and my husband's and our dogs. Could have been much worse if we had not been home. Thank You, God Bless, Jane Swain

Today is the of course the 1st of May. I have had too many holidays in April, so I have decided to at least get 21 perfect days beginning today. But, I need prayer! Please pray that I use God's strength to complete my task. I love this program and I love the fact that I can ask you guys and gals to pray for me.

KATHY! STAY THE COURSE AS WOMEN I KNOW OUR WEIGHT IS BASED ALOT ON OUR MONTHLY CYCLE AND OUR AGE AND MENOPAUSE CAUSE EXTREMELY DIFFERENT CHANGES THAT AFFECT WEIGHT!!! I AM 55 HAD TO UP WATER TO 1 GAL A DAY-FOR ME ITS A MUST! AND 3 MILE WALK A DAY WITH 40-50MIN WEIGHTS TO ARMS AND SIT UPS COMBINED!!! I HAD TO REFOCUS AND GET BACK ON TRACT! PRAYING FOR SUCCESS AND MORE WEIGHT LOSS AHEAD!!! STAY THE COURSE!!!
Hi Kathy, I know it came be frustrating when the weight doesn't seem to be coming off. However, don't focus on the scales. If your clothes are getting looser, and you are losing inches, then you are winning the war on weight! Keep persevering.
