Started several weeks ago, and disappointned with myself at the discipline and progress I made because of my early choice. 10 days into June and I already used 4 holidays BUT, I opened my notifications this morning (which I had not scrolled down in before) only to see a PRAYER army that has been standing with me and for me. Thank you, thank you, I am grateful for this unexpected added benefit of being part of the Shibboleth family and intend to stand with each of you. Progress report to come!
It takes time to learn; everyday is different; keep talking to God and don't give up!

Beginning my program on July 1. Pray for strength and discipline.
Take it one meal at a time-to just stay perfect that one meal. Gradually, it will fall into place. And as you do start to lose, you'll see the results in how you look and feel and that will be a further encouragement.
Hello my Shibby Brother, praying for you as you prepare for your Shibboleth Lifestyle Change. You will find day by day with following the guidelines you will loose weight. I found the 1st 2 weeks tough however as I began to understand food combinations and portion control, with prayers, grit and determination and discipline YOU WILL DO WELL!!! we too adopted our granddaughter , who is now 6,(we've had her since she was a couple of months old-her dad died when she was 17 mos, mom walked when she was 3) She is gift from GOD! Brings much joy to our lives on a daily basis.I will definitely pray for you . I am starting over, after taking about 9 months off.... have a lot to lose but am grateful to do it God's way

I was there on day 2 of my journey! But through God, prayer both of myself and so many others, I was able to over come and lost 15.5 lbs in my first week!! We can do ALL things through Christ which strengthens us! ????????????????????????????????????????????
Also please pray that God will send us a buyer for our house!

hello, all! If you all have a spare moment at any pint today, please say a prayer for harmony baptist church. We moved to a new building (larger building), not long after this move many members left. we are a small east Tennessee church that believes in the bible,in the trinity, and in the power of God. We were a small church to begin with but with all that has happened, we are MUCH SMALLER now. As a result of this, we have no choice but to sale the building we are in, the financial strain is a lot for remaining members. God has opened a door for this to happen, please pray his will be done. So sad to see this happening all over our country, true God lead, believing churches having to downsize or close altogether. At a time when our nation, world and people need to turn to God SOOO BADLY, if they would just see and realize it!

Asking for Prayers for my 32 year old daughter in Fort Lauderdale Florida. She was on an antidepressant( because the Covid isn't making her feel very safe) She had too many side effects and is not feeling well ( very sad and not wanting to eat) during the withdrawal period. I just sent a shibboleth "care package " Mighty muffins, and hemp bars. Hoping to her to lift up her spirits.
Praise God! And what a good idea to send a Shibby Care package. I think I'm going to do that for my daughter, too.

Please please Pray for a CMU mentee and her family. They all have Covid, her dad is in the hospital and they might have to intubate. This also includes her 97 yr old grandma whom also has Alzheimer’s.
Please stick with it; don't be frustrated; you'll be surprised at what you learn! Amen!
