My reason for losing weight has been to get off medications, have normal blood sugar and no more diabetes, eliminate my binge eating disorder. I want to exercise and feel better as I have health issues. Pray I can reach my goal. I seem to stay in a range of 5 lbs loss every month, very slow. Pray I can finish the race 40 lbs to go and for me to stay disciplined to finish this goal. Thank you.

Sugar is my addiction as well. But now I have been through 5 weeks on the plan and I don't even miss the sugar. i have found ways to find sweetness where I did not before.

I've always struggled with will power. I have to stay on the wagon this time. I have hip dysplasia and a bad back so exercise is almost impossible. I have to get some weight off. Pray that I can stay on this path and and get some weight off and get back to my spunky, energetic self. Thank you!
I will pray for your. I noticed since I lost weight I can walk some and that has been helpful. I pray now that the Lord helps you stay on track so you can feel better.

Please say a prayer for my sweet momma. She has Alzheimers and it's getting worse quickly in so many ways. I only ask that God help to comfort her at night especially as this seems to be becoming the worst part of her day. Pray that I will continue to give her the dignity and self worth that I know she needs while trying to keep her safe. She has been a faithful servant for 81 years. She has lived a Godly life before me and I pray I will not forget these GOOD things as we face all the bad. I ask that you pray for me that God will give me eyes to see only the good and the knowledge to help her remain in her own home as long as we can. Thank you for your prayers.

Many thanks to all those praying for me. I'm managing most of the time and I've been able to make my morning coffee (praise the Lord!). Hopefully when I see the doctor Friday I can get a walking cast so that I can get about and make sure my intake is Shibboleth acceptable. I'm not able to journal daily and when I can, I'm afraid I'm not putting everything down correctly but hopefully that will be short lived. Your prayers are precious and I trust you all into the Father's hand.

Please pray for me. I broke my foot Sunday and while I went to the hospital and have had it splinted, I couldn't get in to see the doctor until the 31st. The pain is tolerable but I have to keep my foot elevated so there is much I cannot do and crutches and I do not mix. I'm using a borrowed wheel chair for most of my moving about but there are some places, such as the bathroom, that it just won't fit. Please pray that I don't do something stupid on those crutches. Thanks so much!

Asking for prayers for my daddy.. his name is Hiram. He is 78 and is my everything! He has a big, hard lump in his armpit and goes for a biopsy today.. please pray that it is benign! He has always been very healthy so this is very scary to me. Thanks everyone for the prayers!
