Please pray. . .I've been not taking the program 100% serious even though I did do a 21 day challenge and lost almost 15 pounds. I'm going to start again and get serious this time but I need prayer to stay focused.

please pray ..I battle depression.there has been some "life" get in the way. I joined back in March...Havent been on board, adds to the depression(failure). I have lost 8 pounds, not massive but a start. I need to do this to be able to have hernia repair. I currently have hernia 3&4. one is size of personal melon. this image is also so depressing.
I pray God give you determination to stay with the program. You have strong prayer partners who are claiming victory for you today and henceforth. Father, today is just today. Let my sister know that you have it in hand just as you have her in hand and no one can pluck her out of your hand.

Father, as this sister seeks you for a closer walk, help her to understand that you are also her strength and ever present help in time of trouble. Help her also to know that she must claim your word and your promises even as you told Nahum, "the Lord is good; a stronghold in the day of trouble and He knows those who take refuge in Him." Help this sister to realize You are her refuge, Your hand is not short and your ear is not deaf, you hear her and answer her in your power!

I ask God to give you peace and comfort and determination to see this issue through in His power. Father we know that you are the one who goes before us and will be with us. You will not fail Carol or her daughter. You will not forsake them at any time. Help them to realize there is no fear in you and they must claim Your word and not be dismayed.

Hi everyone! I'm a new member and have not requested prayer... from anyone.... in a very long time. In my cicle of friends and in my community I am known as a strong woman. This makes it difficult to ask for prayer, which for some reason has always been equated with weakness. It has been a very difficult summer for me. I lost a brother in July and a sister in August. Although we were all born in Ontario, Canada my sister had made her home very close to Cartersville, GA for the past twenty hears. Although her passing was not weight related it was diabetes related and I feel I would honour her memory best by taking care of my body to ensure that I do not develop the same issues. Please pray for me as I grieve that I will be able to follow these great instructions even when I'm having a difficult day.
Father God, I thank you than Sheri sees her need for Your strength and determination today. I thank you that she recognizes what an honor she gives her loved ones to fulfill this weight loss mission. She realizes that her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and she desires to clean it up and keep it clean. Father I ask for strength and determination for this child. I ask Father that she realize You are with her and the body of Christ is with her. Even I have had hard days but better days always follow. Walk with her Lord and let her see and praise you in this effort. Let her know that you inhabit the praises of your peopel.

I have Type 2 Diabetes and severe Neuropathy in my feet from the uncontrolled blood sugar. Joined Shibboleth and am trying to learn about it and the food combinations. I have to get healthier. I ask for prayers for success in this journey. I don’t know how to get started really but am trying to watch videos and learn. Thanks for your prayers and support. I am excited to begin this new lifestyle.
Precious Lord, give Iris the strength and understanding she needs to overcome her body and bring it into submission unto You. Grant her joy in her journey and determination to stay with the program. This is a healing of great need and I pray, Lord, you give her this healing in Jesus' name.

I have just joined this group. I am very excited about a true lifestyle change! I weigh the most I have ever weighed. I am experiencing extreme back pain and knee pain. I know that my being overweight is a big contributor. I am tired of being weak and giving into what I know is wrong. I know that my body is a gift from God and I am not taking care of it. This is a matter of walking daily with my Father and allowing Him to do what He does best! I am like anyone else, I crave encouragement and prayers. I want to be one who encourages and lifts others up in this journey of weight lose.Thank you for this opportunity!

Hi i just started day one, I have battled my weight since i had my children they both just turned 30 and 22 yes this is how long i have been battling weight ! I’m at my biggest I have ever been. I have lost my mom just a few months ago unexpected! I have thyroid and insulin resistance and my son is getting married next year and I want to have this weight off ! I have over 100 PhD to lose! I’m a Christian and I know God will guide me their this ! Please pray for me and help me learn this new weight loss system!
Father, learning is a daily experience and I ask that Stephi learn the program and live it daily even as she walk with You. She desires to make a substantial weight loss but we also know that if we commit our way to You and trust in You, YOU WILL DO IT! May her trust grow greater daily just as her understanding grows greater!
Congratulations on your son's upcoming wedding! I'm excited for you to start this journey of wellness and weight loss. I will be praying for you. Please pray for me and my Shibboleth journey. I'm almost half-way to my goal (this is a Praise!). This is the most weight I have lost in I don't even know how many years, but at least 20 years. I have found myself in a habitual pattern of losing around 50 lbs and then starting to cheat and gaining it all back before I get to my goal. I am now past the 50 lb mark. My husband and I went out of town twice last month and I went way above my 6 holiday's for the month. I've been back on track so far for September - but it hasn't been easy at times. I'm asking prayers for the strength to finish what I start (for the 1st time in my life) and to NOT let past patterns repeat themselves. Thank you to my Shibboleth Family.

I'm praying for you. I have repeated the same cycle myself. I'm just starting this journey with Shibboleth and am confident that this will end the yo-yo cycle.
