I want to share a Praise! I have jumped some big hurdles since Monday, my first day with my new Shibboleth family. I feel all of your prayers and I thank you so much! Father, I lift all of the members of my Shibboleth family to you today. So many people have so many needs and you know each of them. I ask a special blessing for our sister 'granna' - Angelynn Sprayberry tonight, as she is experiencing a great loss in her life, Father. Pour out your Peace on her. Ps 46:10 " Be Still and know that I am God". In Your Holy Name, Amen.

Hi! My name is Angelynn Sprayberry. I have been on the Shibboleth planet since the end of March. I am asking for prayers. My husband of 25 years, R.B., passed away this morning at 2 AM. He had been suffering from Alzheimer's since 2013. He was 95 years young. We had a wonderful life together and Casey (our beloved cat) and I will miss him greatly. Thank you for your prayers.

Granna, I can't even begin to imagine how hard these past 5 years have been for you. I'm so sorry you are having to experience this. I am praying for peace for you and Casey and your friends and family. Praises to God that R. B. is not suffering with Alzheimer's anymore, my Sister-In-Christ. Amen.

Good morning, everyone, on Day 3! God is revealing some of the 'why's' to my wanting to lean on sugar instead of Him. Will you pray with me? Father, I am so ashamed of leaning on food as a crutch instead of you, my Solid Rock. Please forgive me of those sins. I praise You, Father, for revealing them to me in such a quick time. It's all in Your time. I ask you to continue to shower all of us in Shibboleth with your peace and help us to mold ourselves to Your expectations. You created man in Your image. You created me in Your image. Help us not to destroy that. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

We thank u God for sending your comforter whose stronger thank any sugar devils seeking who they may devour, and when the Dunkin doughnut and iced coffee comes in like a flood, God you raise up a standard and cause a flood to our fruits (temperance, joy, self control) Lol AAAAMEN.

After so many diets through the years, I started praying to find a program that works and the willpower and motivation I need to succeed. Then, I was introduced to Shibboleth. I started my journey just 2 days ago, and so far I'm doing great. I am asking for prayers that I will succeed this time and become healthy again. Thank you all so much.
The best thing I did was watch all the daily doses and take the phase 1 test. I also went through each catagory and click click on the heart of everything I liked. Once you do this, when you go to your journal and click on favorite foods. They will show up but catagory and the number they have on the weight loss meter. I would keep it simple at first and stick to 1&2 or 4&2. Coach mode my help too. Hope this helps.
If you can make it to the classes that helps a bunch! Hang in there don't get discouraged it is confusing but eventually it will all come together!
You are doing great if you are sticking with 1s and 2s! When I started 9 months ago, the recipes were a lifesaver for me. The simplest way to use the website for recipes (for me, anyway) was to go to the Resources, Recipes and Videos tab, click on it, then click Approved Recipe Library. Type a one-word topic in the search box. For instance, “chili.” All the chili recipes will come up, and you can pick the ones you want to try. In my experience, the simpler your search topic, the better your results. You can type in “buffalo,” and every buffalo chicken recipe or any recipe with buffalo in the title will come up. I printed out the recipes and put them in a binder, but there is also the heart you can click on to add the recipe to your favorites. Your favorites list can be found in the journal. The whole website is so confusing , so right now I'm just sticking to what I can understand, which is basically a category 1 and category 2,but it's working great. I had half gallon of water yesterday, and even more today. I'm not hungry at all, so I didn't even have lunch yesterday or today. I'm just at a loss for recipes to try new things. Feeling a little overwhelmed when I get on the site. Any help you or anyone can offer me will be greatly appreciated.

I am brand new. I was given a prophecy and a dream from God of my husband being alone due to losing me from heart attack and it's really had me in a new perspective. God has told me he needs me to be ready for revival, and that this size body couldn't handle whats to come. I am joining led by the Holy Spirit, knowing God will do his part. I appreciate any prayers towards my willpower, conviction prayers, prayers for wisdom, God has revealed the tip of my purpose, and I don't want my weight to crush his plans for me. I am humbled to ask for lifting up. At 55, I am divorcing after 26 years and it has been mentally challenging to say the least. The 'failure' mentality...worthiness...keeping my four kids in a 'good place' mentally, providing for them and myself. This has been going on for over a year and a half.
