I would like to request prayer for my son and myself. We joined in Dec as Christmas presents but have yet to get started with the program. My son is 27 years old and has cerebral palsy since birth. He has endured several surgeries and is now faced with hip reconstruction. As an over weight Mama, I have been so overwhelmed with guilt because I know this program could help us so much and I don't understand why my will power is so low!! I am a firm believer that prayer changes things yet I'm not convinced the Lord will help me lose weight as long as I sit on my "do nothing". Please pray I will be motivated and we can help each other as the Lord helps us!!

please pray for me i have wanted to start this program, i know that i've got to change my way of eating, but my will power is ZERO!!!!!! It's hard to change your way of eating for the past 53 yrs but for my health i need to. I have sleep apnea and take high blood pressure medicine i would love to not sleep with a cpap and come off of the high blood pressure medicine, this is the most i have weighed all my life, and it seems to keep going higher and i have to take thyroid medicine, pray that God will give me the will power to do this.
Lord, we uphold to You this brother Lord who is starting this new lifestyle. I pray Lord for willpower and courage that he will get make thru this. I pray Lord God that You would cancel all the lies of the enemy in his life. Be in complete control in all area of his life Lord God. Thank you Lord for everything that You would do in him Lord. God, we lift up to You Lord the grandson of our dear sister Janice. We allow You to move in his life. Indeed you have an awesome plan for him, and he is precious in Your sight. Please help him to have control over his weight. We pray that You will give him the eagerness and willingness to manage his physical heath. Please keep my mother in law in your prayers she is having to go through her second shoulder surgery tomorrow morning and isn't in great health.
Almighty Father, we honor You for You are worthy. You are ever loving and Your mercies are new every morning. We give You our trust oh God. As a gesture of our faith, we lift to you the concern of our sister, Sheena, with regards to her mother-in-law. Please minister to her as she undergoes a shoulder surgery. Bless and guide the doctors and assistants who will handle the surgery that they may be able to perform it successfully. We declare victory and success in this said surgery, in Jesus' name. Please pray for our 25 year old son. He is in ICU. He has 5 bleeding ulcers and has had to have a pint of blood. Please pray for God's will in his life.
Dear lord please touch this young mans body. Heal him in only the way you can. Be with his doctors and nurses as they care for him. Please be with his family during this trying time. Hold them close to your heart. We ask this in your name. Amend

Oh Lord Jesus Christ, our great physician and healer. Let Your will be done in the life of our sister's son who has ulcer and will undergo blood transfusion. I pray that You would strengthen him along with his family throughout this situation. I declare healing upon that ulcers right now in Jesus' name. Nothing is impossible with You Lord. Allow this experience to become a testimony that You are indeed a living and miracle working God. We trust in You God. We thank You for hearing and answering our petition. We love and honor You. I declare that they will come out victorious from this situation for You are with them and by that nothing can be against them. Shield each member of the family in all aspects of their lives. Just started Shibboleth again this week. I am very disappointed in myself. I was down 30 pounds and I have gained all that back plus about 4 more pounds. I have done well this week, but I am almost afraid to get started back. I don't want to do like I did before. I want to be able to stay on the planet and make this work for my life. I don't know why I allowed things to overcome me and to gain this weight. I am totally mad at myself. I am feeling better, just eating better this week. Please pray for me that I will keep my focus and make this my lifestyle.
You are not alone! So many of us struggle with losing and gaining some back! The main thing I have learned since I've been following Travis' Program is when you get knocked down, get right back up! If you fall off the wagon you are only one meal away from being back on the program and only 48 houra from being back in Efficient Fat Burning! One mistake does not doom you, one day does not doom you, just forget the past and move forward each time. Trust me there is nobody out there who is perfect and who never fails! What matters is that you keep trying! I truly understand set backs! My progress line looks like an ekg! lol
Father God, You see the heart and thus the desire of our sister Angie to live a better life; to do what is right for her to live longer. Thank You for bringing her to this path. I pray Father that you will minister to her. Bless her that she may be able to overcome her weakness, and release her from frustration and disappointments. I am in the same boat but thanks be to God I haven't gained all my weight back. I am mad at myself too. I've never totally left the program and have stuck with the things I have learned, but I eat too many sweets and that has added the pounds back on. I am determined to enjoy myself and have perfect days until the end of the month. It truly is amazing how easy it gets and who fantastic I feel physically and mentally. We've got this, Angie. Please pray for my cousin and her husband as well as the rest of their families. They lost their 4 year old son to a brain tumor yesterday. Pray for peace and comfort for the coming days, weeks, months, and years.

This program is the best program I have ever done and it is really very easy to follow. It helps me to know that I have the website to journal on and just knowing that I am not the only person that is following this plan, automatically helps me stick to my Perfect days because I kind of look at it like a challenge. I don't want to fall short of my goal and the only way I have been able to lose weight in the past is if I know I am not the only person doing it. The Shibboleth family and your mentor will help you more than you will ever know. I pray that you can get started because the Lord will help you lose weight, but only if you help yourself. You and your son deserve it!
