Lord, we uphold to You this brother Lord who is starting this new lifestyle. I pray Lord for willpower and courage that he will get make thru this. I pray Lord God that You would cancel all the lies of the enemy in his life. Be in complete control in all area of his life Lord God. Thank you Lord for everything that You would do in him Lord. As a gesture of our faith, we lift to you the concern of our sister, Sheena, with regards to her mother-in-law. Please minister to her as she undergoes a shoulder surgery. Bless and guide the doctors and assistants who will handle the surgery that they may be able to perform it successfully. We declare victory and success in this said surgery, in Jesus' name. Oh Lord Jesus Christ, our great physician and healer. Let Your will be done in the life of our sister's son who has ulcer and will undergo blood transfusion. I pray that You would strengthen him along with his family throughout this situation. I declare healing upon that ulcers right now in Jesus' name. Nothing is impossible with You Lord. Yes Almighty Father, I agree that You are ever faithful despite of our unfaithfulness. You honor the gesture of our brother here to offer to You his family and the things they're going through. I declare that they will come out victorious from this situation for You are with them and by that nothing can be against them. Shield each member of the family in all aspects of their lives. Lord you are the almighty you know exactly what this precious needs and what will happen during the next two weeks. I pray that you cover them with the suit amour as the move through this desert. Thank you for you faithfulness and love for us. Amen

You are not alone! So many of us struggle with losing and gaining some back! The main thing I have learned since I've been following Travis' Program is when you get knocked down, get right back up! If you fall off the wagon you are only one meal away from being back on the program and only 48 houra from being back in Efficient Fat Burning! One mistake does not doom you, one day does not doom you, just forget the past and move forward each time. Trust me there is nobody out there who is perfect and who never fails! What matters is that you keep trying! I truly understand set backs! My progress line looks like an ekg! lol

Father God, You see the heart and thus the desire of our sister Angie to live a better life; to do what is right for her to live longer. Thank You for bringing her to this path. I pray Father that you will minister to her. Bless her that she may be able to overcome her weakness, and release her from frustration and disappointments. Please give her the courage and strength to be able to pursue the the Shibboleth way of life. Allow her to do this not just for herself but for Your glory. This I pray, in Jesus' name. Amen.

I am in the same boat but thanks be to God I haven't gained all my weight back. I am mad at myself too. I've never totally left the program and have stuck with the things I have learned, but I eat too many sweets and that has added the pounds back on. I am determined to enjoy myself and have perfect days until the end of the month. It truly is amazing how easy it gets and who fantastic I feel physically and mentally. We've got this, Angie.
