Need prayer Long story short, went off track this past year regained 30 of my 80 lost. Last check up, abysmal. A1C back up. Doc put me back on meds. I had restarted on program before check up, had gotten my 25# badge back. Shots again. Problem is, while BG is lowering, my weight is not. I'm sure putting the honk honk injections 💉 in my body, is not helping. I know years ago, when on shots, I gained and could not lose. I DID get a CGM which has been revealing to say the least. I hope I have not hurt my body beyond repair this time. One day at a time......
