I am watching this partner deep dive after the fact...is it okay to do IMF every day? I have been doing a 16 hour fast, and eating 2 Shibooleth approved meals, almost every day since mid January. I am wondering if there is any concern with doing this? I don't get hungry, so waiting until 1-2pm in the afternoon to eat is not an issue and stopping eating at 7-8 is also not an issue. I just want to make sure it there isn't any risk in doing this every day.
It is perfect to have an imf day every day. That is ideal on Shibboleth. If you want to learn more about imf days, you should check out the gold level daily dose videos. Go to the video library, then click complete library, then in the search type the word gold daily dose. :)
