In this class video, Travis leads a spirit-filled, unscripted discussion that blends practical health advice with deep spiritual reflection. He addresses questions about supplements like AdvoCare Catalyst and approved grilled cheese options, then pivots to a powerful teaching on how intrusive thoughts—likened to annoying captions in a movie—distort our view of ourselves and God’s truth. Using relatable stories and metaphors, he encourages participants to stop identifying with these “captions,” which are often lies rooted in the carnal mind, and instead live in the present moment, grounded in gratitude and faith.

The message emphasizes that joy and freedom come from turning down the mental noise, focusing on what’s going right, and remembering who we truly are in Christ. The class ends with group interaction, encouragement, and prayer, reinforcing the community’s shared pursuit of physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation.
