In this class video, Travis passionately challenges the group to reflect on the power of their words, the hidden payoff of negativity, and the deep-rooted fear of failure that often blocks success. He encourages participants to stop seeking external validation, recognize that Christ within is enough, and stop resisting their flaws—instead, exposing them to the light of love and truth. Using powerful analogies like the Prodigal Son and references from The Alchemist, he teaches that our greatest treasures—health, joy, and peace—are already within us, but require discipline, effort, and self-awareness to uncover.

He introduces a walking challenge where each participant sets a personal step goal to earn "holi meals," with Coach and Travis aiming for a million steps. The challenge includes journaling, simple meal plans, and using a "positivity wheel" to combat negative speech. Travis closes with a reminder that true change starts with our thoughts and words, and the class ends in a heartfelt prayer of commitment and gratitude.
