In this class video, Travis opens with heartfelt reflections on the journey that led to creating the program—not as a business, but as a mission born from personal struggle and transformation. He likens himself to Forrest Gump, simply showing up to help and witnessing God use the program to impact over 200,000 lives. The session dives into mindset, walking as a spiritual and physical reset, and the importance of being present, humble, and joyful. Travis encourages journaling as worship, reviews challenge progress, honors top performers, and explains how to log meals, steps, and Battle Buddy points. He clarifies Lion Day guidelines, serving sizes, and how to adapt the plan around complex schedules like Christie's. The group is reminded that staying positive, journaling, and sticking to three eating episodes—while using the Bulletproof Shield—ensures results. With humor, vulnerability, and encouragement, the session ends with a prayer, community support, and excitement for upcoming classes.
