In this class video, Travis opens with gratitude for prayers and a faith-filled reminder that the enemy’s time is short, citing Daniel 7, Revelation 12:12, and Joel 3:10 to frame a mindset shift: stop saying “I’m fighting for my life” and start speaking life, peace, and thanksgiving (Exodus 14:14; Matthew 6:34; Philippians 4:6–7; Proverbs 18:21). He announces a 7-day clean-eating challenge beginning September 22 with orientations next week, featuring whole-food meals, optional supplementation, and two optional communion moments (with unleavened bread options/recipe). Community wins are celebrated—Christy promoted to Green Belt, Angie to Purple Belt (227 lbs lost, strong walking routine), and Charlene to Black Belt—along with a quick belt-system overview. Practical Q&A covers gumbo thickeners (guar or xanthan gum, Carbquik, Fiberwise) and sharing the Melaleuca overview by direct message (not publicly). Travis closes by urging consistency in faith, food, movement, and words, then the group ends with testimonies and a closing prayer.
