In this class video, Travis leads a special Promotion Day celebrating members who have reached new belt levels through consistency, discipline, and faith-based commitment to the lifestyle. He reflects on leading the program “one day at a time” by God’s grace, expresses gratitude for long-time supporters, and explains the purpose of the belt system—recognizing behavior change, accountability, and perseverance. Throughout the session, he honors members earning Yellow, Green, Purple, and Black Belts, inviting many to share their stories of weight loss, lifestyle transformation, family support, breakthroughs, plateaus, and renewed spiritual focus.

The class also includes discussions about berberine, GC Control shakes, functional mushroom coffee, and fasting-style eating episodes. Toward the end, Travis transparently updates the community about upcoming platform changes, financial constraints, and his commitment to preserving core tools like journaling, food libraries, and WOW Challenges. The session closes in prayer, asking God for wisdom, strength, provision, and continued unity within the community.
