In this class video, Travis explains upcoming changes to the program, including shutting down public-facing websites, simplifying operations, removing old Facebook groups, and focusing on a private, members-only coaching model with personalized support. He shares that the legacy “I Am Faithfully Fit” site will close, tools will move to wowfoodlibrary.com (accessible with the password freedom), and future offerings will center on higher-value coaching through the school platform. He opens up about his personal struggles, mindset, faith, and the need to stop looking backward, encouraging members to embrace change and commit to their health journey.

Travis uses Steve Jobs’ Stanford speech to illustrate the importance of mindset, purpose, and urgency, connecting it to weight loss, personal transformation, and spiritual growth. He closes with practical nutrition guidance, discussion from members, and a heartfelt group prayer.
