In this class video the instructor explains the transition to a new, simplified School platform for paying members, clarifying that existing subscribers will retain access to their tools—such as the WOW Food Library—while the free program is being closed. He answers many technical and onboarding questions, emphasizing that the goal is to reduce expenses, protect member resources, and focus more deeply on teaching and support.

The session centers on gathering honest feedback about what types of classes and content members value most: nutrition education, deep-dive health topics, supplementation, clean eating, and a walking club rank highest, while motivation videos, exercise classes, journal checks, and personal outreach rank lower. He shares candid reflections on financial strain, past organizational challenges, and his desire to simplify, rebuild community, and serve from a faith-driven foundation. The meeting ends with appreciation for members and staff, personal gratitude toward his mother, and a closing prayer for guidance, strength, and unity moving forward.
