- 3 tablespoons Quest® Multi-Purpose Mix Protein Powder
- 3 quarts water
- ½ head of cauliflower, chopped
- 3 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon plus ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup coconut oil for frying method or ¼ cup for baking method
- SAUCE:
- ½ cup no-sugar-added tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil, minced
- TOPPINGS:
- 4 sticks light mozzarella string cheese, shredded
- 1 ounce turkey pepperoni, diced
